InstaSmart Software Solutions is looking for ServiceNow Developer ( CSM ) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Education and Background:Obtain a strong foundation in computer science, information technology, or a related field Familiarize yourself with IT service management concepts and best practices ServiceNow Knowledge:Gain a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its architecture, and its various modules and applications Study ServiceNow's scripting languages, including JavaScript, Glide, and AngularJS Certifications:Consider obtaining ServiceNow certifications, such as the "ServiceNow Certified Application Developer" certification, to validate your skills and expertise Technical Skills:Develop proficiency in scripting languages, particularly JavaScript, which is extensively used for customizing and extending ServiceNow applications Learn about the Glide API, REST API, and other integration mechanisms used within the platform Gain expertise in designing and implementing custom workflows, business rules, and UI policies Application Development:Understand how to create custom applications within ServiceNow to meet specific business needs Develop and customize forms, lists, and other UI components Automation and Integration:Learn how to integrate ServiceNow with other third-party systems and tools to streamline business processes Explore integration techniques using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and MID Server Problem-Solving Skills:Develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the platform Best Practices:Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices, guidelines, and coding standards to ensure efficient and maintainable solutions Continuous Learning:ServiceNow is a dynamic platform, so continuous learning is essential Keep up with updates, new features, and changes to the platform
