IT Application Coordinator

Overview

Lutron’s Gurgaon team is looking for technically skilled and motivated individuals to join our IT organization. This rotational role offers hands-on experience in delivering high-quality IT solutions, while working alongside a team of experienced Computer Science and Information Technology professionals. Responsibilities

As an Information Technology Application Coordinator at Lutron you will:

• Work on HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, on the Drupal / Acquia platforms to help build and maintain Web Sites and content
• Work with Images and other multimedia content to enhance the website user experience
• Work on the Search engine optimization for Lutron websites
• Working with the global IT Web Team to build and publish Web pages
• Work closely with the business and global teams to plan and run the development cycle
• Ensure delivery timelines and quality of the deliverables
• Run the daily scrums for the team (Development, QA, Analytics) and manage the daily workload
• Understand the business requirements and work with the stakeholders to determine the priority of the assigned workload
• Lead the team, and share periodic updates with the management
• develop the growth plan and path for the team members

Qualifications

Lutron is looking for candidates with the following criteria:

• Minimum 4-year Engineering degree in (BTech/MTech Computer Science or Information Technology) with minimum 60% and above
• 10 to 15 years' experience in front end web technology
• 4 yrs experience in the role of leading and managing a team - training, coaching and guiding team members
• Experience in people management and leadership
• Proven experience in collaborating across teams and stakeholders
• Experience in planning and executing project plans
• Proven experience in Agile development framework and Scrum
• Experience is Drupal or any CMS preferred
