IT Application Coordinator

Role Overview: You will join Lutron's Gurgaon team as an Information Technology Application Coordinator, where you will work on HTML, JavaScript, and CSS on Drupal / Acquia platforms to build and maintain websites and content. Your role will involve enhancing website user experience with multimedia content, optimizing search engine results, collaborating with global teams, managing development cycles, ensuring delivery timelines, leading the team, and staying aligned with Lutron's culture and values. Key Responsibilities: - Work on HTML, JavaScript, and CSS to build and maintain websites on Drupal / Acquia platforms - Enhance website user experience with multimedia content - Optimize search engine results for Lutron websites - Collaborate with global IT Web Team to build and publish web pages - Plan and run the development cycle with the business and global teams - Ensure delivery timelines and quality of deliverables - Run daily scrums for the team and manage daily workload - Understand business requirements and prioritize assigned workload - Lead the team, provide periodic updates to management, and develop growth plans for team members - Stay aligned with Lutron's culture and values - Be passionate, flexible, adaptable, innovative, customer-focused, and ethical Qualification Required: - Minimum 4-year Engineering degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with minimum 60% and above - 10 to 15 years" experience in front-end web technology - 4 years experience in leading and managing a team, including training, coaching, and guiding team members - Experience in people management, leadership, collaborating across teams and stakeholders, planning and executing project plans, Agile development framework, and Scrum - Experience in Drupal or any CMS preferred In addition to the job role and responsibilities, Lutron Electronics is recognized as the worldwide leader in innovative lighting control and shading solutions.
