To manage the company’s information systems, data reporting, and IT-enabled support for business operations, ensuring reliable decision-making and smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities: MIS & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for Sales, Inventory, Procurement, and Finance. Support management with periodic and ad-hoc business intelligence reports.
Systems Management: Administer and maintain ERP/accounting software, ensuring smooth functioning and user support. Coordinate with external vendors for software upgrades, troubleshooting, and integrations.
IT Support (Non-Networking): Provide software support to end-users (business applications). Manage IT assets, licenses, and ensure compliance with data security protocols.
Process Automation & Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance data accuracy. Implement and monitor IT-enabled process improvements in coordination with departments.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in Computer Science / IT / related field. Strong skills in MS Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools. Knowledge of databases (SQL preferred) and data analytics. Good problem-solving skills, cross-functional communication, and vendor management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
