This role involves handling servers, networks, firewalls, backups, security operations, and day-to-day IT support for all users.If you’re someone who takes ownership, solves problems quickly, and enjoys working with diverse technologies—this role is for you!🔧 Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Server Management (Windows & Linux)- Manage user accounts, groups & security policies- Configure permissions, shared drives & RDP access- Perform system updates, patching & antivirus monitoring- Support Linux server operations- Monitor server backups & ensure data integrity- Maintain remote/offsite backup infrastructure2️⃣ Firewall, Networking & Internet Infrastructure- Install & manage firewall systems (rules, NAT, policies)- Configure VPNs (site-to-site & remote access)- Manage remote access to servers & applications- Handle multiple internet lines with load balancing/failover- Configure LAN/WAN networks, DHCP, switches & routers- Diagnose and resolve network issues quickly3️⃣ Desktop, Workstation & User Support- Install & configure Windows/Linux OS- Set up network connectivity (RJ45, Wi-Fi, DNS, IP, Gateway)- Install & monitor endpoint antivirus- Support printers, scanners & IT peripherals- Provide timely user IT assistance4️⃣ Security, Compliance & Documentation- Implement IT security & access control policies- Conduct regular system/security checks- Monitor unauthorized access attempts & respond- Maintain IT documentation, network diagrams & logs5️⃣ IT Asset & Software Management- Maintain IT inventory (systems, servers, network devices)- Track software licenses & renewals- Manage email platforms (O365 / Google Workspace)- Coordinate with vendors & AMC providers🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications- Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field- Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux server environments- Hands-on experience with firewalls (SonicWall, Sophos, etc.)- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs- Experience with backup systems & antivirus solutions- Strong troubleshooting, communication & documentation skills💼 Experience- 2 to 5 years in IT Infrastructure / System Administration💡 Key Competencies- Strong problem-solving ability- Ownership & accountability- Time management- Confidentiality- Willingness to learn & adapt📩 How to ApplySend your resume to:📧 karishma.morajkar@gumtreetraps.com or what's app on 9270824158
