Job Description

Job Title: IT Administrator
Location: Surat (On-site)

Experience Required: 4–5 years

Salary Range: INR 40,000 – 50,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and proactive IT Administrator for our Surat office who can efficiently manage IT assets, networking, and daily IT operations. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and network management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain IT assets: laptops, desktops, peripherals, software licenses.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
Handle network setup & troubleshooting: routers, switches, access points, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls.
Resolve technical issues for employees related to systems, connectivity, and applications.
Monitor data backups, security updates, and antivirus compliance.
Maintain IT documentation: asset inventory, network diagrams, access logs.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, and hardware repairs.
Support employee onboarding/offboarding from the IT side.
Ensure IT policies and security guidelines are implemented properly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–5 years of experience in IT admin / network admin / system support roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic Linux environments.
Good understanding of network protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, switching, routing.
Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage IT inventory.
Good communication and vendor-management skills.

Good to Have

Experience with cloud systems or SaaS tools.
Basic scripting knowledge
Experience in a startup/tech environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
