Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain network infrastructure at Circuitronix including all servers, firewalls, switches, and other equipment.
• Research and upgrade network components as newer technology becomes available
• Support Company approved hardware and software.
• IT procedure, change and incident management documentations.
• Provide day-to-day desktop/Laptop support to ensure a smooth computing environment for Circuitronix India operations.
• Manage all IT related licensing contracts with our software vendor
• Ensure the smooth functioning of IT infrastructures such as servers, printers, and network devices.
• Manage all IT related licensing contracts with our software vendor and company IT assets.
• Administer and maintain a disaster recovery.
• Additional duties as assigned by IT management.
• Maintain VOIP phone system.
• Knowledge of installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows 7
• Knowledge of installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office applications.
• Conversant with operation of router, switches, IP address, Gateways etc.
• Experience with installation of new networks, configuring domains, installing domain controllers.
• Document processes involving PC configuration and standard operating procedures.
• Basic knowledge of Server 2003, 2008 and Exchange 2010, firewalls
• Basic understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Basic understanding of PC, server backup, and disaster recovery.
• Maintain password accounts including creation of new accounts and changes to existing accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Must be fluent in English
