Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Network Management:

Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure
Ensure optimal performance and uptime across all network layers
Implement network security protocols and firewall policies

Cloud Administration:

Manage cloud-based services (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
Support data backup, recovery, and access control
Optimize cloud resource usage and cost efficiency

Server Operations:

Maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux)
Perform routine updates, patching, and performance tuning
Monitor server health and storage utilization

Wi-Fi 7 Deployment & Support:

Configure and maintain Wi-Fi 7 access points across facilities
Ensure seamless connectivity and troubleshoot wireless issues
Collaborate with vendors for firmware updates and scalability

IT Security & Compliance:

Enforce endpoint protection and antivirus protocols
Support audits and ensure compliance with IT policies

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
34 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure roles
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, cloud platforms, and server architecture
Familiarity with Wi-Fi 6/7 technologies and enterprise-grade wireless systems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
