Job Description

Role Overview: As an experienced IT Administrator - Part Time, your main responsibility will be to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure of the company across India and Dubai. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth network operations, providing technical support, and enhancing system security and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage LAN, WAN, intranet, and internet connectivity to ensure seamless operations. - Implement and maintain firewalls, permissions, and network security measures to safeguard data. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network issues promptly to minimize downtime. - Handle software installations, updates, and license renewals to keep systems up to date. - Maintain servers, backups, and disaster recovery systems for data protection and business continuity. - Provide IT support for staff in India and Dubai, both remotely and onsite, to address technical issues effectively. - Set up new users, install systems, and manage IT assets like laptops and printers efficiently. - Recommend upgrades and optimize network efficiency to enhance overall performance. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - 3-5 years of proven experience in IT or network administration. - Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, firewalls, and networking protocols. - Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, backup systems, and hardware setup. - Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities to interact effectively with users and resolve issues promptly.
