IT Administration Executive

VasyERP (Funded by Reliance Industries) is an Ahmedabad situated young start-up working into cloud-based ERP products. We design and develop ERP & point of sale (POS) platforms for manufacturing and retail industries in India and internationally.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Network-Attached Storage (NAS), IPBX, and security solutions like Falcon CrowdStrike and Sophos Firewall. The ideal candidate will have expertise in system administration, cybersecurity, and VoIP technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Active Directory (AD):

  Manage user accounts, Group Policies, and troubleshoot account lockouts.

• Windows Server:

  Install, configure, and secure Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and domain controllers.

• Microsoft 365 Admin Center:

  Administer user accounts, licenses, and email security.

• Network & Security:

  Configure and maintain Sophos Firewall, VPNs, and NAS storage with proper access controls.

• VoIP & IPBX:

  Set up and troubleshoot IPBX systems, SIP trunks, and ensure call quality.

• Endpoint Security:

  Monitor and respond to security threats using Falcon CrowdStrike.

• CCTV Systems:

  Install, configure, and secure IP-based CCTV setups.

Candidate Requirement

• Proven experience in IT administration with expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong understanding of networking, firewall configurations (Sophos), and VoIP (SIP trunk, IPBX).
• Experience in endpoint security solutions and NAS management.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues, implement security best practices, and ensure business continuity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Good to Have:

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CCNA, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
• Experience with cloud integration and hybrid IT environments.
