Job Description

IT Administrator

Role & responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory, Office 365, and related systems.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, network devices, backups, and security tools.
Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security patches.
Maintain IT documentation including SOPs, knowledge base articles, and asset inventory.
Manage incident tickets, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely resolution according to SLAs.
Support LAN/WAN troubleshooting including switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve escalated issues and procure IT equipment.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity best practices, and data protection standards.

Preferred candidate profile

2 - 5 years of experience in IT administration, technical support, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS (optional), and common enterprise applications.
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Office 365 administration.
Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VPN, switching, Wi-Fi).
