Dear candidates, We are looking for an IT executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations of systems, networks, and user support services. Key Responsibilities: System Management Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, and network devices. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Monitor system performance and identify potential issues. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems. Network Administration: Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues. Ensure network security and performance. Technical Support: Provide technical support to users, addressing their IT-related issues and questions. Document IT procedures and create user manuals.
