· Installed and configured hardware, software, and printers.

· Monitored server performance and responded to incidents.

· Applied security patches and maintained antivirus systems.

· Provided L1support to internal users.

· Configuration and Installation of M365 and O365. Experience in PST file and

OST file

· Configuration of network printer and Installation of local printers and

· troubleshoot the related issues.

· Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,

· Network Troubleshooting, System Backup and Recovery.

· IT Support & Ticketing Tools, Patch Management and Security, Virtualization

Provided desktop and network support to users.

· Documented IT procedures and troubleshooting steps
