Job Description

"We are seeking an ISO CMMI Process Lead to drive process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with ISO and CMMI standards
The ideal candidate will have expertise in quality management systems, process optimization, and organizational maturity enhancement job RequirementsBachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field Proven experience as a Process Lead, Quality Manager, or similar role with expertise in ISO and CMMI standards Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMMI DEV/SVC, and related frameworks Experience conducting audits, assessments, and process improvement initiatives Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, CMMI Associate, or Six Sigma are highly desirable Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with process automation and quality management tools is a plus
