Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Invoicing & Accounts Executive based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves managing accounts, generating invoices, reconciling financial records, processing payments, and tracking expenses. Additional responsibilities include assisting with financial reporting, maintaining accurate ledger accounts, and supporting efficient financial operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate

  GST-compliant sales invoices

  (B2B & B2C)
• Ensure correct application of

  GST rates, HSN/SAC codes

• Maintain invoice records, credit notes, and debit notes
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing accuracy
• Reconcile invoices with payments and ledgers
• Assist in monthly billing closures and reports
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations and documentation
• Support basic accounting and record-keeping tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with

  accounting software

  (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Busy, etc.)
• Strong understanding of

  GST invoicing & compliance

• Knowledge of

  CGST, SGST, IGST

  , and invoice formats
• Basic accounting knowledge (entries, ledgers, reconciliation)
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in startups, SMEs, or e-commerce environments
• Exposure to GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) is a plus
• Commerce background (B.Com / M.Com) preferred
