Job Description Position Details ● Position Title: Examination Lab Invigilator ● Locations: Adarsh Pariksha Kendra Noida – Sector 80 ● Work Type: Full-time ● Compensation: Under Minimum wages of UP + Other perks Key Responsibilities (KRAs) 1. Exam Venue Preparation ○ Ensure all materials, including question papers, answer sheets, stationery, and seating plans, are correctly arranged before exam commencement. ○ Verify that seating arrangements comply with spacing and centre regulations. 2. Candidate Onboarding and Verification ○ Conduct biometric or manual identity verification, including Aadhaar card checks. ○ Guide candidates to designated seats and ensure orderly entry into the exam hall. ○ Enforce policies on restricted items such as mobile phones or unauthorised notes. 3. Examination Monitoring ○ Supervise candidates throughout the exam to ensure no malpractice, unauthorised communication, or movement. ○ Maintain silence, decorum, and focus within the examination room. ○ Remain observant at all times to spot and deter any misconduct. 4. Time Management and Communication ○ Announce exam start, halfway reminders, and end times clearly. ○ Ensure a timely start and close of each exam session as per schedule. ○ Address candidate concerns professionally and within permitted guidelines. 5. Handling Special Situations ○ Report and manage issues such as illness, emergencies, system failures, or misconduct. ○ Support any necessary evacuation or procedural action during emergencies. 6. Post-Exam Responsibilities ○ Collect answer sheets and manage the system if online, unused materials, and attendance logs securely. ○ Return materials to the Exams Officer or designated collection point.○ Report any irregularities observed during the examination. Candidate Profile ● Minimum Qualification: Graduate (completed) ● Age Requirement: Minimum 21 years ● Skills Required: ○ Excellent observation and attention to detail ○ Effective verbal communication (in both Hindi and English) ○ Professional conduct and appearance ○ Basic computer literacy ● Others: ○ No prior criminal record ○ Punctual, dependable, and capable of managing stress in high-pressure environments Other Requirements ● Availability for full-day shifts, including weekends and early reporting hours (as early as 5:00 AM) ● Willingness to travel to any of the assigned exam centres in Noida ● Must undergo a mandatory training program prior to deployment ● Required to clear background verification, Aadhaar verification, and a basic digital skills assessment
