Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Investor Relationship Manager located in Gurugram. The role involves managing relationships with investors, providing them with up-to-date information on their real estate portfolio, and assisting them in real estate transactions. Daily tasks include client communications, market research, preparing and presenting investment proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless transaction process for investors.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer relationship management abilities and experience
• Proficiency in market research, analysis, and understanding of real estate trends
• Ability to prepare and present investment proposals effectively
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in real estate, finance, or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline
