About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Investment and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Consultant to join our team in Rajahmundry. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in financial modelling, infrastructure planning, and PPP project structuring, with at least 3–4 years of relevant professional experience. Candidates based in Rajahmundry or willing to relocate immediately are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and structure PPP projects in the urban and infrastructure sectors.
• Conduct financial and economic feasibility analyses, including risk assessment and project evaluation.
• Coordinate with government departments, private stakeholders, and financial institutions.
• Prepare project reports, bid documents, and investment proposals.
• Support policy formulation, transaction advisory, and project implementation activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Urban Planning, Infrastructure Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in PPP projects, investment consulting, or infrastructure finance.
• Strong understanding of PPP frameworks, financial modelling, and contract structures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, financial analysis tools, and project documentation.

Preferred

• Candidates from Rajahmundry or nearby areas, or willing to relocate immediately.
• Prior experience with government projects or consultancy firms will be an added advantage.
