Role Overview: You will be joining the Investment Bank Operations (IB Operations) team at Deutsche Bank as an Investment Bank F2B Ops Transformation Data Engineer/ Analyst in Bangalore, India. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the significant transformation of the bank's front-to-back operations, focusing on process re-engineering, automation, and data analytics. You will report to the India Head of Investment Bank F2B Operations Transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Establish centers of excellence for process re-engineering, automation, and data analytics - Implement target operating model strategies for key operational processes, including system architecture, process controls, and location strategy - Collaborate with functional leads and teams to execute front-to-back transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing client experience, risk management capabilities, and driving efficiency - Partner in delivering global process change ensuring change management is conducted in a controlled and robust manner with rigorous testing and compliance with business resiliency, audit, and regulatory standards Qualifications Required: - At least 4 years of experience in financial services, preferably in Investment Banking Operations - Proficiency in Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, process optimization/re-engineering - Strong skills in process mapping and modeling - Ability to provide recommendations and improvements for Org Design, Automation, and strategic technology design - Experience in Financial Services and Investment Banking is advantageous - Demonstrated delivery and outcome focus, effective communication, presentation, and influencing skills - Proficient in critical problem-solving, tactical and strategic thinking, organizational skills, and managing multiple priorities - Resilient, able to work constructively in a matrix organization and collaborate closely with the Technology team Company Details: Deutsche Bank is undergoing a significant transformation of its front-to-back operations, with IB Operations being a key focus.
