Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager at our company, your role will involve coordinating with regional branches and local offices for mutual fund sales. You will be responsible for driving sales performance within the assigned location and acquiring new clients through various strategies. Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, distributors, banks, and institutions will be crucial. Additionally, you will be organizing Investor Awareness Programs and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with regional branches and local offices for mutual fund sales. - Take full accountability for sales performance within the assigned location. - Drive new client acquisition through prospecting, networking, references, and open market activities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, distributors, banks, and institutions. - Organize and manage Investor Awareness Programs. - Ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term relationship building. - Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within key accounts. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets. - Develop and strengthen sales channels and networking for enhanced reach. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal sales processes. Qualification Required: - Minimum 1+ year of sales experience within the AMC / Mutual Fund industry. - NISM V-A certification is mandatory. - Strong communication skills.,
