Job Description

As a candidate with experience in the steel industrial sector, you are eligible for the position of Financial Advisor. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - **Client Relationship Management** - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Understand clients" financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences. - Conduct regular portfolio reviews and update clients on performance. - **Financial Planning** - Develop comprehensive financial plans based on clients" financial situations. - Advise on retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and insurance needs. - **Investment Strategy Development** - Create customized investment strategies tailored to clients" objectives. - Allocate assets across various investment classes (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc.). - Rebalance portfolios periodically to maintain target allocations. - **Market Research and Analysis** - Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and financial news. - Analyze market data, securities, and investment opportunities. - Provide clients with market insights and investment ideas. - **Compliance and Regulation** - Ensure adherence to financial regulations and ethical standards. - Maintain proper documentation and records of client interactions and transactions. - Stay current with regulatory updates (e.g., SEC, FINRA rules if applicable). - **Sales and Business Development** - Identify and acquire new clients through networking and referrals. - Present financial products and services to prospective clients. - Promote the company's investment offerings and value propositions. - **Risk Management** - Assess and manage risk in clients" portfolios. - Educate clients on investment risks and appropriate risk mitigation strategies. - **Reporting and Documentation** - Prepare regular performance reports for clients. - Document all advisory activities, client meetings, and investment decisions. - **Continuous Learning** - Keep up with financial markets, investment tools, and certifications. - Attend industry conferences and training sessions. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: Any Commerce Degree - Experience: 10 to 15 years **Additional Details:** The company offers health insurance and provident fund benefits.
