Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Support Executive to manage and monitor stock levels, ensure accurate inventory records, and support smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with inventory management software.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Management:

  Monitor, maintain, and update stock levels to ensure availability.

• Inventory Records:

  Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.

• Order Processing:

  Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders and stock requests.

• Coordination:

  Work closely with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams for stock planning.

• Quality Checks:

  Inspect goods received for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies.

• Reporting:

  Prepare inventory reports, stock analyses, and variance reports for management.

• Audit Support:

  Assist in regular physical stock counts and reconcile differences.

• Process Improvement:

  Suggest ways to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Inventory, SAP).
