Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Specialist located in Kochi. The Customer Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering excellent customer support. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining account records, and providing analytical insights to improve service quality.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
