We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team in Kochi. You will be responsible for managing HR activities like employee benefits, company policies, recruitment, and employee relations. Your role will help keep our team happy, productive, and in line with company rules.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and update HR policies
• Manage employee benefits
• Support recruitment and hiring
• Handle employee relations and issues
• Conduct performance reviews
• Ensure HR processes follow company and legal guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Good knowledge of HR practices and policies
• Experience in managing employee benefits and personnel
• Strong communication and people skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Previous HR experience preferred
