Job Title: Inventory Support

Location: (REMOTE) USA Night Shift

Reports To: Corporate Operations / Inventory Manager

Department: Operations / Supply Chain

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Coordinate and execute end-to-end inventory processes including placing orders, receiving deliveries, and organizing stock at multiple theater locations.
• Partner with theater managers to understand daily and weekly inventory needs and support smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, usage, and inventory levels using internal tools or software systems.
• Proactively identify inventory shortages or overstock situations and work with management to resolve them.
• Assist in the implementation of inventory best practices, procedures, and documentation across locations.
• Create and share regular inventory reports and dashboards for corporate management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards related to inventory storage and handling.
• Build strong working relationships and maintain clear, consistent communication with internal teams and external suppliers.
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory, supply chain, or retail operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and manage timelines across multiple locations.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and basic familiarity with inventory software or POS systems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with limited supervision.

• All night shift to support theaters operating in USA Eastern standard timing.
