Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inventory Manager based in Ludhiana. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking stock performance, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring optimal stock levels. The role includes overseeing purchasing, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring storage and distribution, and identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency. Collaboration with the operations team and maintaining compliance with organizational policies will be key aspects of the role.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in inventory management, supply chain operations, and stock control processes
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills for inventory tracking and data analysis
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and systems
  • Effective communication and leadership skills for team coordination and supplier negotiations
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in an inventory management or similar role is highly desirable
