Job Description

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage opening, mid, and closing shifts to ensure smooth Restaurant Operations.
  • Lead, train, and supervise a team of 5–6 staff members.
  • Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain financial discipline.
  • Maintain and update daily checklists in line with company standards.
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and resolve service concerns.
  • Foster a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.


Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years' of full-service restaurant management
  • Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
