Job Description

As the Assistant Manager – CEO’s Office, you'll work directly with the CEO, contributing to strategic initiatives across various domains, including: Business Development: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships. Consumer Experience & Analytics: Monitor customer satisfaction and analyze data to inform service improvements. IT & Digital Transformation: Collaborate on implementing digital tools to streamline operations. New Product and Store Launches: Assist in planning and executing new product introductions. Franchise Onboarding & Support: Facilitate the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to franchise partners. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid sick time Ability to commute/relocate: Mullanpur, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 09/06/2025
