As an Assistant Manager in the CEO's Office, you will work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives across various areas: - **Business Development:** Your main responsibility is to identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships for driving company growth. - **Consumer Experience & Analytics:** You will monitor customer satisfaction levels and analyze data to enhance overall service quality. - **IT & Digital Transformation:** Collaborate on implementing digital tools to optimize operations and increase efficiency. - **New Product and Store Launches:** Assist in planning and executing new product launches and store openings. - **Franchise Onboarding & Support:** Facilitate onboarding for new franchise partners and provide ongoing support for their success.
