Job Description

As the Assistant Manager – CEO’s Office, you'll work directly with the CEO, contributing to strategic initiatives across various domains, including:

  • Business Development: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Consumer Experience & Analytics: Monitor customer satisfaction and analyze data to inform service improvements.
  • IT & Digital Transformation: Collaborate on implementing digital tools to streamline operations.
  • New Product and Store Launches: Assist in planning and executing new product introductions.
  • Franchise Onboarding & Support: Facilitate the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to franchise partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sohana, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
