Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Stock Manager to oversee and manage inventory levels, ensure accurate stock records, and coordinate with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing losses and discrepancies. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and balances Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment Coordinate with procurement for ordering and restocking materials Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials Track slow-moving, damaged, or expired stock and report accordingly Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports Work closely with sales and operations teams to forecast inventory needs Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Manage stock movement using Excel.
