Inventory Manager

HypeFly is looking for a full-time Inventory & Fulfillment Manager to take complete ownership of our warehouse operations. This is a work-from-office role in Juhu, Mumbai, 6 days a week (Sunday off). What You’ll Do Report daily at 10 AM and oversee shipments through the day Maintain accurate inventory records of all inward & outward shipments Track and reconcile stock movement with detailed Excel entries and supporting images on Drive Book shipping labels and ensure they are booked, printed, and attached on time Ensure the right labels are placed on the right parcels — no room for error here Communicate with logistics partners for pickups, returns, and tracking updates Ensure all customers receive tracking information on time Oversee packaging to ensure quality standards are consistently met Ensure packing materials are always ordered and stocked on time Handle escalations for lost/delayed parcels and coordinate resolutions with courier partners Who You Are Responsible, punctual, and organized Comfortable with intermediate-level Excel (data management, record keeping, reporting) Prior experience in warehouse/fulfillment/logistics management is preferred Capable of taking full ownership of daily operations and ensuring accuracy
