Inventory Manager

Role Overview: BOS Natural Flavors is seeking a highly organized and experienced Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess a deep understanding of inventory control systems to maintain stock levels efficiently while minimizing waste and costs. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily inventory operations to ensure accurate, optimal, and timely replenishment of stock. - Monitor and track raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials for consistent availability to meet production and customer demands. - Coordinate with the warehouse team for proper storage, labeling, and handling of inventory. - Place orders for inventory to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement for production schedules. - Analyze inventory trends, collaborate with production and sales teams to forecast demand, and prevent stockouts or excess stock. - Ensure inventory compliance with company standards, quality checks, and safety regulations. - Identify and implement cost-saving strategies in inventory management, including waste reduction and order quantity optimization. - Continuously assess and improve inventory management processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy. - Maintain detailed and accurate records of inventory transactions, movements, and audits. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry. - Strong understanding of inventory control systems and best practices. - Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
