QA Tester

As a QA Tester at BOS Natural Flavors, your role is crucial in ensuring that products and processes maintain the highest quality standards. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be key in identifying areas for improvement in production processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test cases for new and existing products to ensure all features function correctly. - Ensure all products meet company and regulatory quality standards. - Collaborate with the production team to identify issues and suggest solutions for enhancing product quality. - Maintain detailed records of testing results, issues identified, and corrective actions taken. - Work closely with the production and product development teams to align design, production, and quality standards. - Identify, document, and resolve issues found during testing while providing insights for improvements. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance testing strategies and methodologies. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Food Science, or related field. - Experience: Minimum of 2 years in QA testing, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry. - Skills required: - Proficiency in testing techniques and methodologies. - Familiarity with QA testing tools and software. - Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. - Effective organizational and time management skills. - Good communication and teamwork abilities.
