Digital Marketing Executive

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance BOS Natural Flavors online presence and drive brand awareness. Your role will involve creating and managing engaging digital content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns. Additionally, you will oversee and manage social media accounts, create content calendars, and engage with followers to build a strong online community. Optimizing website content for search engines and managing paid search campaigns to increase website traffic will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Designing and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers, as well as overseeing website updates and enhancements to ensure a user-friendly experience and alignment with marketing goals, will be part of your daily tasks. Collaboration with the sales and product development teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives is essential. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the food industry. You should have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
