Job Description:

The Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of materials, tools, and equipment at the warehouse and project sites. The candidate will ensure smooth coordination between procurement, store, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records for incoming and outgoing materials
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Manage material dispatches to project sites and coordinate logistics
• Work closely with the procurement team for stock replenishment
• Prepare daily and monthly stock reports using Excel or ERP software
• Ensure material storage safety and cleanliness
• Track vendor supplies and delivery timelines
• Support cost optimization and minimize material wastage

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / Diploma
• 2–5 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, reporting)
• Experience with Tally / ERP systems preferred
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and disciplined approach to record-keeping

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
