Inventory Executive

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: · Stock reconciliation on weekly basis · Verify all the parcel items on the same day. · Record the movement of item on same day and verify on timely basis. · Perform daily analysis that all the parcel record maintains in record book on day-to-day basis. · Ensure that weight mention on item barcode same as Physical item. · Also confirm that No deviation in any audit report. · Accurate Inventory Management: Maintain inventory accuracy with minimal discrepancies. · Timely Sales Record Keeping: Ensure all sales transactions are recorded accurately and promptly. · Efficient Cash Handling: Safeguard and manage cash transactions effectively. · Effective Stock Control: Implement efficient stock control measures to minimize shortages and overstock situations. · Comprehensive Reporting: Generate and distribute accurate and timely reports of Goods. · Accounting Compliance: Assist in maintaining accounting records in compliance with regulatory standards. · Parcel Security: Ensure the safe and secure handling of valuable parcels.
