Job Title: Inventory Executive Company: Damson Technologies Pvt Ltd Location: CHANGODAR,AHMEDABAD Job Type: Full-time Industry: Consumer Electronics/Warehousing Job Summary: Damson Technologies Pvt Ltd, a leading player in the consumer electronics industry specializing in smartwatches, speakers, neckbands, TWS, and mobile accessories, is seeking a qualified and experienced Inventory Executive to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records, and facilitating smooth operations in our warehouse. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels for smartwatches, speakers, neckbands, TWS, and mobile accessories. Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy. Implement efficient inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock. Oversee the picking, packing, and dispatching of products to meet customer orders. Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize delivery schedules. Data Analysis: Analyze inventory data to identify trends, slow-moving items, and potential areas for improvement. Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency in inventory management. Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and reduce lead times. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that incoming products meet Damson Technologies' standards. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any product-related issues promptly. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, disbursements, and returns. Generate and update documentation related to inventory processes and procedures. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience as an Inventory Executive or in a similar role within a warehouse setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office applications. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of consumer electronics and related accessories is a plus.
