What we are looking for Role: Intune SCCM SME Experience Range: 8 - 10 years Location: Pune, Kochi, Indore Interview Mode: Friday Virtual Drive Must Have: App Packaging & Deployment: Package, customize, and deploy applications for Microsoft Intune and SCCM environments. Migrate applications from SCCM to Intune ensuring seamless functionality and minimal downtime. Perform thorough testing and validation of packaged applications before deployment. Scripting & Automation: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, deployment, and troubleshooting. Create scripts to streamline app migration, improve deployment efficiency, and ensure compliance. Migration & Integration: Lead and execute large-scale app migration projects from SCCM to Intune. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve migration challenges. Ensure compatibility, performance, and security of migrated applications. Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve packaging and deployment issues . Provide expert-level support for both SCCM and Intune environments. Document processes, configurations, and issues for future reference. Required Skills & Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on experience in app packaging, deployment, and migration. Expertise in Microsoft Intune and SCCM for application management. Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting. Proven experience with application migration from SCCM to Intune. Familiarity with Win32 app deployment , MSI, and MSIX packaging formats. Experience with Intune policies, profiles, and compliance management . Solid knowledge of Windows OS and registry configurations . Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good to Have: Certifications (Nice to Have): Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104). Essential: Proactive in identifying, investigating and resolving technical incidents and problems and restoring service to clients by managing incidents to resolution Scripting and Automation Production Support Incident management- When required they will take responsibility receiving calls and incidents at the services desk. They assist in analyzing, assigning and escalating the support calls. They also provide telephonic support to clients where required. Shift management- Engineers that work shifts will be required to follow the required handover procedures for shift changes to ensure service continuity. They complete and maintain any shift handover schedules Reports - Engineers are also responsible for producing breach and other reports that are necessary for the correct operation of processes. They identify failures and short-comings in the current processes and escalate with recommendations. Behavioral skills - Engineers are required to strictly comply with all processes and procedures as prescribed by the company and the client when relevant. Their ability to communicate well and to capture all pertinent details when required will contribute to their success. They are able to multi-task and demonstrate good client service orientation. These individuals have good problem solving skills in Citrix related operations.
