Job Description

Coordinate and schedule interviews (virtual, onsite, panel) by aligning candidate and interviewer availability.
Communicate interview details and logistics clearly to candidates.
Manage interview-related tasks such as calendar invites, video conference setup, and room bookings.
Update and maintain interview records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to confirm availability and collect timely feedback.
Support continuous improvement in interview coordination processes for better efficiency and candidate experience.

Desired Candidate Profile:

0-2 years of experience male candidates in interview coordination, scheduling, or related administrative roles.
Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are welcome to apply. (Male)
Proficient in using calendar tools (Google Calendar, Outlook) and comfortable working with ATS.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking ability.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Dedicated to delivering a seamless and positive interview experience.
This role is focused purely on interview coordination - no sourcing or recruitment responsibilities.
