About The Opportunity

• Perform diagnostic coronary angiography and a full range of interventional procedures including primary PCI, complex PCI, and rotablation with high procedural quality and patient safety.
• Lead cath lab clinical decision-making and coordinate multidisciplinary care for acute coronary syndrome, cardiogenic shock, and structural heart disease patients.
• Oversee periprocedural care: pre-procedure evaluation, invasive hemodynamic assessment, post-procedure management and complication handling.
• Maintain cath lab quality standards—ensure documentation, infection control, radiation safety, and adherence to clinical governance and protocols.
• Supervise and mentor junior cardiology staff, fellows, and cath lab technologists; drive training programs and simulation-based skill development.
• Participate in clinical audits, outcomes tracking, and quality improvement initiatives; support research and protocol-driven clinical trials where applicable.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• DM/DrNB in Cardiology (Interventional training) with eligibility to practice in India.
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India/State Medical Council.
• Proven post-qualification experience as an interventional cardiologist with hands-on cath lab practice and independent procedural responsibility.
• Comfortable with on-call rota for emergency coronary interventions and transfer-ready decision-making.
