Internship: Sales & Human Resources (HR) About the Role: We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our Sales and HR departments. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both client-facing sales activities and people-focused HR functions. You will develop skills in business development, recruitment, and employee engagement while working in a fast-paced professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Assist in lead generation, client outreach, and business development activities. Support sales executives in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-ups. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities. Help maintain client relationships and support closing deals. HR: Assist in recruitment processes – sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding and employee engagement activities. Maintain and update HR databases and records. Participate in HR events, learning sessions, and employer branding initiatives. Requirements: Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn about sales techniques and HR practices. Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
