Job Responsibilities:

Drive the employee recognition programs and manage the digital rewards platform
Organize and execute recognition events and celebrations
Manage the recognition programs budget
Derive analytics from the recognition data, sharing the analytics with the key stake holders on regular intervals
Design and conduct monthly / event-based engagement campaigns using the Rewards tool
