Job Description

As an intern at our company, you will have the opportunity to be involved in various aspects of HR and Sales. Your role will include the following key responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews - Support onboarding, induction, and employee engagement initiatives - Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation - Help coordinate training sessions and internal engagement activities - Contribute to sales activities including lead generation, outreach, and client follow-ups - Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communication materials - Collaborate with HR and Sales teams on process improvement and industry research To qualify for this internship, you should meet the following requirements: - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity - Enthusiastic about learning and contributing in a team environment - Interest in both HR processes and sales/business development activities In addition to the internship responsibilities and qualifications, we offer the following: - Practical exposure to HR functions (Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Engagement) and Sales activities (Lead Generation, Client Communication, Business Development) - Opportunity to work closely with senior professionals and leadership across departments - Certificate of Internship & Letter of Recommendation based on performance - Stipend: up to 5000 per month (based on skills and contribution) - A dynamic and supportive work environment with real-time learning opportunities If you are passionate about communication, relationship building, and eager to gain hands-on experience in HR and Sales operations, we encourage you to apply for this internship.
