HR and Sales

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews

✅ Support onboarding, induction, and employee engagement initiatives

✅ Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation

✅ Help organize training sessions and internal engagement activities

✅ Contribute to sales activities including lead generation, outreach, and client follow-ups

✅ Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communication materials

✅ Collaborate with HR and Sales teams on process improvement and research in industry best practices

Requirements:

✔ Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

✔ Strong organizational and time management skills

✔ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

✔ Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools

✔ Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

✔ Enthusiastic to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment

✔ Interest in both HR processes and sales/business development activities
