Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Depending on the assigned department, interns will:

Customer Service:

Assist customers with queries via calls, emails, or chats.
Provide prompt and accurate information about products/services.
Help improve customer experience through feedback collection.

Upselling / Sales Support:

Support the sales team in promoting products/services.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
Assist in maintaining sales records and reports.

Operations:

Help streamline day-to-day operational processes.
Support in logistics, scheduling, and coordination.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation.

Influencer Marketing / Social Media:

Assist in identifying and reaching out to influencers.
Help create and manage content across social media platforms.
Support marketing campaigns and track performance metrics.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
Strong eagerness to learn and grow.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Available for a 3-month internship.
