Internet of Things Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IoT Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an IoT Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative IoT solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop IoT systems, including hardware, firmware, and software components.
• Integrate IoT devices and sensors with cloud-based platforms and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, architecture, and technical specifications.
• Optimize IoT system performance, reliability, and security.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of IoT solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IoT technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
• Document technical specifications, implementation processes, and maintenance procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IoT system design, development, and implementation.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, and/or Node.js.
• Familiarity with IoT protocols and standards (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, LoRa, Zigbee, Bluetooth Low Energy).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS IoT, Microsoft Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT) and integration with IoT services.
• Hands-on experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and sensor technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and innovatively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of IoT security best practices and data privacy regulations.
