We're Hiring: Process Trainer International Website Sales (US Shift) Location: [Kolkata Sector V] | Shift: US Night Shift Experience: 2-5 years | Full-Time OpportunityAre you an experienced BPO Trainer with a passion for mentoring talent in the international website sales domain? Join our team and help shape the next generation of high-performing sales professionals! What You’ll Do:Deliver end-to-end training for new hires & existing employees on our international website sales process.Design & update SOPs, training manuals, and content.Conduct refreshers, skill enhancement, and floor coaching.Collaborate with Ops & QA to bridge performance gaps.Measure training effectiveness & maintain detailed reports. What We’re Looking For:2+ years as a Process Trainer in International BPO (Website Sales experience preferred).Strong communication, leadership, and sales coaching skills.Deep understanding of B2B/B2C website sales and objection handling.Willingness to work night shifts (US timings).
