Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell IT services (Web Development, Digital Marketing, Cloud Solutions, Software Services, etc.). Identify prospects, generate leads, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Explain service offerings, value propositions, and pricing to prospects clearly and confidently. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics. Record all call details, interactions, and updates in CRM/Excel. Collaborate with the sales team for strategy and closing deals. Requirements: Proven experience in tele sales, outbound sales, or IT service sales preferred (freshers with good communication can apply). Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus). Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. Strong customer service orientation and target-driven attitude. Basic knowledge of IT services, digital solutions, and software products is desirable. Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools will be an advantage.
