Job Description

International Voice Process Trainer We are seeking an experienced International Voice Process Trainer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training delivery and process training, with a focus on international voice processes. Location Hyderabad

Responsibilities

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for international voice processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations, to support training delivery.
Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge in international voice processes.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business objectives.Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement to ensure continuous learning and development.Maintain records of training sessions, participant feedback, and evaluation results to track training effectiveness.

Requirements

4-8 years of experience in training delivery, process training, or a related field.Proven expertise in international voice processes, including training and process training.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with trainees and subject matter experts.
Ability to design and deliver training programs that meet business objectives and improve service delivery.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, to create training materials and reports.
